FIRM Foundation to Thrive is a family-owned behavioral health company that offers community-based rehabilitation treatment programs for individuals and families with chronic or short-term mental illness.
Clients enrolled in our program will be provided therapeutic and holistic resources to promote recovery, support for resiliency, and empowerment to individuals and families.

Our History

Our founders, Christopher Brown and The Rev. Alexis Brown, both have a desire to build a firm foundation. Mr. Brown worked throughout the years consistently with several healthcare agencies.

Our Difference: We go the extra mile!

Our Healthcare company believes in creating a firm foundation for our clients and our staff. Our founder has over 11 years of experience in the behavioral health field and has a proven track record of success. We go the extra mile; our holistic approach goes above and beyond to work with our client’s environment and social structures.

For our client’s convenience, we have created a fully functional digital campus to serve our clients.

We also assist in alleviating technical barriers for our under-resourced clients. We commit to advocating for clients at schools, transporting clients to appointments as needed, providing equipment for virtual care, assisting with career-building skills, and building relationships with clients outside providers.
